Your thoughts on Donald Brown in a keeper league...

It's funny that you ask about both of these people because in my opinion, they are in the same boat. Talented in the wrong system. For Meachem, you have to remember that he is Drew Brees 4th or 5th option with people like Colston, Moore, Henderson, and Bush in front of him. That being said, Brees does a great job spreading the ball around as you probably have witnessed some of the nice games Meachem has had. So if you are really hurting at the receiver position, then maybe you could pick him up. Otherwise, I would try to rely on receivers that are the second options in their passing scheme.
Donald Brown in a keeper is worth the risk, but be warned. The Colts are a "pass first, pass second, and run if Manning's arm is blown off" offense. Joseph Addai is a talented back, yet he will never have hall of fame numbers for the Colts. That being said, Addai has had a solid season as of late and has cut into Donald Browns carries. I would pick up Brown in a keeper and hope he gets traded, because he has definitely shown he can be a downhill runner in the NFL.
